Business Customs and Etiquette
Business meetings need to be arrange in advance, business greetings are formal and reserved, greetings are usually with a firm handshake. People should be addressed by the proper titles and should wait to be invited to use first names. Business cards are usually exchanged after introductions. Trust is seen as important as is keeping your word, meetings can often take place of lunch. Decisions still tend to be made at the top so it can take several meetings to be get decisions made.
Estonia and the capital Tallinn have embraced business practices as conducted in the European Union.

Estonia Weather & Climate
Estonia's location gives it a European continental climate characterised with typically warm, dry summers and fairly cold winters. The coldest month is January and the winters can be severe with plunging temperatures and heavy snowfall. In summer the temperatures average around 20 to 25°C; the weather is typically dry with sunny intervals with some rainfall. The best period to visit Estonia is between May to September with relatively warm days and cooler nights. Spring time has more rainfall than is typically the case in summer whilst autumn and winter are usually cold and wetter.
Lightweight cotton and medium weight clothing can be warn for the summer months, rain coats are advisable throughout the year. Additional layers and warmer heavy weight clothing is required in the winter with much colder temperatures.
