Facilities
The compact guest house has five guest bedrooms, there are standard double rooms and ones that offer views towards Lake Windermere and there a two rooms with four poster beds. The rooms are all en-suite and comfortably furnished.
Room facilities include flat screen television with freeview channels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, alarm clock, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities.
There is free car parking available for guests on-site. There is currently no internet access available at the hotel.

Guests can enjoy the breakfast each morning including the ever popular full English breakfast providing a great start to the day. There is also a vegetarian breakfast option available. Breakfast choices also include tea and coffee and a range of cereals, fruit juices and toast. The hotel uses fresh, local produce wherever possible from local suppliers.
The guest house offers bed and breakfast accommodation for lunch and dinner the town of Bowness on Windermere has a range of restaurants to try.
Local Attractions
Attractions in the local area include the lakeshore located a 10 minute walk away where guests can go on a cruise on Lake Windermere, there are guided tours including walking and coach tours available. The hotel is a good place from which to discover other Cumbria attractions including Wastewater Lake, Beatrix Potter Gallery, Abbot and Holker Hall and Blackwell Arts and Crafts House.
The Lake District region is well known as a haven for those that enjoy the great outdoors and visitors can participate in a range of activities including cycling, horse riding, golf, fishing, hot air ballooning, sailing and walking.
The hotel is located in the town of Bowness on Windermere in the Lake District where visitors will find the famous natural scenery, open spaces and inspiring landscapes associated with the region. There are also a range of local shops including shops specialising in local arts and crafts and a range of restaurants.
The hotel provides a good location from which to explore the Cumbria attractions and places of interest. The M6 and M55 Motorways offer access to Blackpool Airport located approx 62 miles away by road.
